The Manaltheeram is located in Kerala, south of the capital Trivandrum, embedded in a tropical garden with countless coconut palm trees, exotic and colorful flowers, endlessly long sandy beaches and the blue Arabian Sea. It is a well taken care of resort with harmonious set up on a hill, overlooking the sea (direct beach access). The certified Ayurveda center has been repeatedly rewarded and the Ayurveda team is very experienced. Arriving. Breathing deeply. Relaxing. Holistic holidays.
After the initial anamnesis the Ayurveda doctor will set up your treatment plan, covering your personal needs and wishes. Also a diet will be defined for you. Daily Yoga sessions ideally support your Ayurveda cure.
At the Manaltheeram Ayurveda Beach Village they offer classique Ayurveda cure packages with focus on rejuvenation and/or slimming. All existing health issues will be considered.
Program
The Yoga offer at Manaltheeram is comprehensive. Daily you can choose between morning unit (08:00 am to 09:30 am) for advanced, morning unit (10:15 am to 11:45 am) for beginners and afternoon unit (05:00 pm to 06:30 pm) for beginners and advanced. Additionally there is a Meditation lesson from 07:15 am to 08:00 pm and another one from 04:15 pm to 05:00 pm.
Overlooking the sea Manaltheeram Ayurveda Beach Village is located at about 20 km from Trivandrum in the green federal state of Kerala. The popular beach of Kovalam is nearby. With its 61 rooms and traditional Kerala style houses the resort gives the feeling of a village life. The resort gladly organizes activities such as city trip or excursions for you, e.g. visit the Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple in Trivandrum or the impressive Padmanabhapuram Palace of the former Rajas from Travancore, backwater tours etc.

Standard room
Building bungalow style with several rooms sharing veranda, garden view. The rooms are simply furnished, providing shower, toilet, safe, fan, mosquito net.
Garden Cottage
Individual 20 sqm round shaped bungalows, simply furnished with fan, mosquito net, seating area, terrace and garden view.
Special cottage
Individual 22 sqm round shaped bungalows, furnished like garden cottages. Additionally with sea view, hammock, and available with or without air conditioning.
Kerala House Standard or Deluxe (AC)
Spacious round bungalows in traditional Kerala style with wood and clay bricks. Located in a quiet area of the resort, with full or partial sea view. Individual Terrace with sunbed and hammock.
A beautiful swimming pool equipped with parasols, hammocks, a spacious garden support relaxation and meditation. Access the beach through a little pathway and enjoy long walks along the beach. Or get pampered at the beauty salon. The resort regularily organises cultural events, cooking classes, lectures etc..
Ayurvedic full board. Enjoy the ayurvedic buffet at the beautiful open air restaurant with magnificent view onto the sea.
