Two Ayurveda doctors and 19 therapists form the highly professional Ayurveda team of the green leaf certified resort. Together with their friendly colleagues from service, kitchen, housekeeping and gardening they are eager to pamper you in the best way possible.
After the initial doctor’s consultation (45-60 minutes) your personalized treatment plan will be issued, meeting your personal and individual needs and wishes.
Based on this plan you will receive your daily ayurvedic massages and treatments (approx. 2 hours incl. herbal baths), herbal medication and ayurvedic alimentation. Yoga early mornings helps to let go of stress and tensions. You pick from 3 yoga classes daily (except on Mondays): beginner, advanced, therapeutic. Meditation will lead to a calm and relaxed mind.
The small resort is nestled in a beautiful flower garden, all 24 rooms are facing the sea. The silence is wholesome.
The delicious ayurvedic food - tridosha balanced and buffet style - is served in the small restaurant. Slimming with a special menu is possible.
For your leisure time you find a small library and a little shop. Excursions can be booked onsite.
In lectures about Ayurveda, yoga, herbs, ayurvedic cooking you will learn lots of interesting things.

The small resort is located north of Cochin, directly at the sandy Chavakkadu Beach, sourrounded by small fisher villages.
Seven villas (in total 16 rooms) are set in four acres of lush Coconut Groves by the sea. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the villas, with wonderful views on the sea and the coconut grove. The villas are beautifully designed in an ecofriendly atmosphere. All the buildings are built according to the traditional Kerala architectural style.
Ayurveda center, open air restaurant with delicious ayurvedic cuisine (adapted to your diet plan), a yoga shala, free wifi, lobby and a small library make it easy to relax and feel good. By the beach you are provided sunbeds and umbrellas. Long walks along the beach will recharge your batteries and take away all stress of daily life.
The next town Chavakkad is about 20 minutes away from the resort. Excursions into the surroundings are worthy: waterfalls, elephant camp, temples or the historic town of Cochin. The resort will consult you accordingly.
Accommodation
All 16 rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, air conditioning (fee), fan, telephone, tv, fridge, seating area and balcony or terrace. There are two rooms per bungalow or four units (two ground floor and two upper floor) per house.
You will be spoiled with a ayurvedic full board. Adapted to your menu plan, the meals are prepared in a tridosha way in buffet style.
