The atmosphere, the place, the services: At Linta's Golden Beach there are no tourists or customers, but people experiencing a new dimension of hospitality.
With the Arabian Sea in the West, the Ghats area crossed by 44 rivers, Kerala is recommended by the National Geographic as one of the 50 places in the world that one should visit.
The Linta’s project is based on the combination of European taste and Indian tradition. The few rooms (only 10) are individually decorated. Simple but stylish.
The Linta’s offers Ayurvedic treatments customized with a full range of therapies, and treatments including daily yoga sessions. The clinic is led by Doctor Mrs Linta Lalitha. Her experience is based on many years working in clinics and hospitals in Kerala, and more than 10 years as a head doctor for Ayurveda in a clinic. The daily yoga-therapy sessions with Indian masters complete the package.
The Linta’s Golden Beach Resort is a new Ayurveda Resort in the South of Kerala, outside the capital Trivandrum. It is located in a palm tree forest directly by the beach, in the midst of a magnificent vegetation. The fine, gold amber-coloured sandy beach stretches on several kilometres along the Arabian Sea. The beach is central to the life of the nearby villagers: fishermen, fishing nets, women with kids can be watched there.
A nice place to relax and get a sense of the Indian atmosphere. During Monsoon (from June to October) big waves spray the sea into the air, creating a stunning light sparkling with millions drops of water. Dawn and twilight offer to opportunity to experience magic moments by the beach.
Rooms
The main building hosts the 10 guest rooms of the Linta’s Resort. Each room is individually designed and decorated. They are equipped with a shower/WC, old Indian style furnitures. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the Resort. Room facilities: 2 separate beds, a reading lamp, a rattan chair, a desk with chair and lamp, a wardrobe, air conditioning and fan, a safe, a TV, a telephone, ayurvedic beauty products, a bathrobe kimono for the treatments. A hairdryer can be lent at the reception. Laundry available for a fee.
The swimming pool
On hot days, feel free to cool down in Linta’s 10 x 7 meter infinity pool.
The surroundings
The green state of Kerala is located in the southern part of India. In the west, the Arabian Sea, in the East, the Western Ghats (the altitude varies from 500 and 2700 meter), crossed by 44 rivers; Kerala has a unique geography and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Asia. Pleasant climate, stretched coastline with beautiful beaches, the backwaters, an exotic wildlife, waterfalls, tropical forest and gardens, plantation fields, Ayurveda, colourful festivals, historical and cultural monuments, and last but not least, the most delicious exotic cuisine – this is Kerala.
The resort will happily organise for you excursions to Kovalam Beach, Trivandrum or to the backwaters.
The 100 sqm Ayurveda centre includes 1 consultation room, 3 treatment rooms, a pharmacy and a bathroom. The resort offers different Ayurveda packages focusing on different needs such as – anti-stress, detox, slimming, back pain, diabetes, and so on. The treatment plan will be given after consultation with the doctor. Usually there are 2 treatments per day, including herbal medicines, and specific meals. A tropical palm tree garden is located on the roof of the Ayurveda centre. A delightful place to dwell into silence and to enjoy a nice tea.
Fresh products, expert knowledge and mindful cooking, hygiene in the kitchen, are the 3 golden rules of the resort. Select from delicious vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes according to the recommendation of the Ayurveda doctor.
