Zanchetta Frederico

Frederico Zanchetta

Federico Zanchetta’s teaching style is rare within Western yoga culture – and refreshingly bold. His work is deeply rooted in the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga and shaped by a respectful connection to the authentic essence and philosophy of yoga. His calm presence, authenticity, and generosity define each of his classes.

As a graduate of the Sivananda Vedanta School in India, Federico brings many years of dedicated practice, study, and discipline. Today, he teaches workshops and yoga teacher trainings internationally and supports the next generation of yoga teachers through the Moksha Teacher Training Program.

He lives and works in Portugal, where he teaches Hatha Yoga and meditation, among other offerings, at 108 Yoga Retreats. In his classes, he weaves together asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, mantra, meditation, and silent walking meditation into a holistic practice that fosters inner balance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of yoga.
