Dr. Harikrishnan Maniparambil comes from Kerala in southern India – the region regarded as the birthplace of Ayurveda. Growing up, he was deeply influenced by this traditional healing system and later deepened his knowledge through his studies in Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS) at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore.
His professional path has taken him through renowned Ayurvedic clinics and hospitals in India, including Shafi Dawa Khana Hospital in Calicut, Gandhi Hospital in Udupi, HF Mission Hospital in Tamil Nadu and Sri Sri Tattva in Bangalore. For several years, he has also been supporting guests in Europe, bringing his expertise to places such as Ayurvila in Mallorca.
At the heart of his work is a holistic view of each individual. With great empathy and a trained eye, Dr. Harikrishnan analyses each person’s constitution and current imbalances. Based on this, he develops practical recommendations that meaningfully combine nutrition, lifestyle, yoga, breathing exercises, Ayurvedic treatments and herbal support.
His aim is to make Ayurveda easy to understand and practical to apply. Rather than focusing on short-term solutions, his work is about strengthening the body’s self-healing abilities and enabling lasting change. Structured guidance and regular impulses help guests integrate his recommendations step by step into everyday life.
The body holds an innate wisdom for healing. All we need to do is learn to listen.
