Kadaltheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort
Ayurveda at the Kadaltheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort
The ayurveda cure in Kadaltheeram is based on the vedic traditions, the doctors (Dr. Manu Das and team) very competent, the therapists well trained.
After the initial doctor consultation your treatment plan gets established, very much based on your individual needs. The treatments take place daily for about 1,5 to 2 hours, usually held in two blocks. The results of the cure process are ongoingly monitored by the doctors. Massages, steam bathes and other therapies as well as the apropriate diet you will experience a cleansing on all levels and bring back your doshas in balance - the base for wellbeing and health.
The daily yoga and meditation sessions complete the cure in a holistic and ideal way.
The Kadaltheeram is a small, well taken care of resort with beautiful gardens. If you prefer loving and charming to luxurious and sterile you are absolutely right at the Kadaltheeram. The rooms (without a/c) are nicely decorated, all provide balcony/terrace and lateral view to the sea. The small size of the resort makes a very personal treatment possible.
