Here at the idyllic Kleebauer Hof, you are invited to embark on a diverse journey of movement.
The morning sessions are a time of active exploration, combining yoga with various movement forms. The afternoons offer an opportunity for relaxation and regeneration with Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and slow Hatha Yoga. These practices help slow down the nervous system and promote the process of healing and renewal.
In the evenings, participants come together to share a communal spiritual experience with mantras, heart songs, and perhaps even pop songs. These moments of heart opening and connection in the community are a central part of the retreat experience at Kleebauer Hof.
